We strongly believe that partnerships are now and will continue to be a fundamental part of how we do things at ICOS. Partnership isis about more than just working in collaboration with others; doing things together is the natural part of the equation. The real challenge is building and maintaining a culture of partnership, where shared value underpins 'why' we're working together, and ‘what’ we achieve together is merely a result of that shared value being realized.
